As a Customer Operations Specialist , youll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of our contact-centre operations.
This is a fast-paced, varied role where no two days are the same.
This is a great opportunity to develop a broad skill set and make a real impact where it matters most.
While this role is initially temporary, it provides a strong foundation for starting your career with Mercedes-Benz Financial Services , with the potential to progress into permanent opportunities across the business.
What Youll Be Doing Handling inbound customer enquiries via phone and email Managing escalated queries with professionalism, empathy, and sound decision-making Identifying and supporting vulnerable customers with care and patience Working collaboratively with colleagues to resolve issues at the first point of contact where possible Maintaining a customer-first approachwhile meeting operational targets Ensuring all interactions are compliant with FCA requirements, internal policies, and regulatory standards About You Youll thrive in this role if you: Have experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment (financial services preferred but not essential) Stay calm and resilient under pressure Are flexible and adaptable, happy to support where needed most Communicate clearly and confidently with customers and colleagues Enjoy working as part of a collaborative, team-oriented culture Aremotivated by helping customers and delivering the best possible service and outcomes Compliance & Integrity Youll work to the highest standards, ensuring compliance with: FCA regulations Data Protection (DPA) Anti-Money Laundering SAF, ECCD, Code of Conduct Anti-Bribery and Corruption policies Full training will be provided.
