Site Manager - Office Fit-out

Site Manager Office fit out contract £250 - £290 per day My client are a medium sized office fit-out contractor who work on projects across the UK. They have an £500k office fit out project starting in Manchester on the 7th of September. The ideal candidate will come from a trade background as well as having several year site management experience within the fit-out sector. You will be responsible for H&S on site, management of sub-contractors, management of labour and deliveries. Liaison with Freeholder via the PM/ Director supporting the project, generating weekly schedules / short term programs and progress reports, attend client meetings. Experience with similar projects in a live environment to accommodate other tenants would be highly desirable. Must have SMSTS, First aid and CSCS
