This is an excellent opportunity for a senior commercial lawyer to step into a true business‑lead legal role within a major international business, supporting a portfolio of high‑profile branded businesses and operating as a trusted adviser to executive and senior leadership teams across the UK and EMEA.

The role combines strategic influence, leadership and hands‑on delivery, with ownership of legal support across a broad and commercially critical remit, from complex commercial arrangements to regulatory, ESG, IP and digital initiatives.

About you:

• Senior commercial lawyer (c.12–15+ PQE) (although all candidates with demonstrable ability will be considered)
• Strong in‑house experience within FMCG, retail or other consumer‑facing environments
• Proven ability to operate autonomously and influence senior stakeholders
• Commercially astute, pragmatic and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, multi‑business environment
