The Person:
Proud in delivering immaculate standards and attention to detail
Reliable, organise and able to manage workload efficiently
Calm, professional and respectful of guest privacy at all times
A positive team player with a strong work ethic
Flexible to work across varying shifts, including weekends.
The Role:
Maintain guest rooms and suites to exceptional luxury standards
Support a seamless and comfortable guest experience
Uphold cleanliness, presentation and brand expectations
Work efficiently to meet daily operational requirements
Represent The Caledonian Edinburghs commitment to quality and care.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and prepare guest rooms with meticulous attention to detail
Replenish linens, towels and amenities to luxury standards
Ensure trolleys, equipment and supplies are fully stocked and organised
Respond courteously to guest requests and housekeeping queries
Adhere to all health, safety and security and sustainability procedures.
