As our Engineering Lead, you'll drive the development of a cutting-edge platform, working hands-on with a talented team while shaping the future of the industry.
What You'll Do:
- Lead the full-stack development of our platform using TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
- Build scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.
- Work closely with CTO to build the business logic.
- Collaborate closely with product, AI, and design teams to bring innovative ideas to life.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers while fostering a strong, collaborative culture.
- Strong experience in TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
- BSc/MSc/PhD from a good University.
- Passion for AI and tech innovation in the fintech space.
