Your work will span:Property developmentLandlord and tenant mattersAcquisitions and disposalsAsset and estate managementCommercial property work for public and private sector clientsExposure to the firm's highly regarded charities and education sectorsInvolvement in school mergers, acquisitions and disposals which is a rapidly expanding area of workThis is a role where you'll be encouraged to get stuck in, work closely with Partners and senior lawyers, and build strong client relationships from day one.About YouLikely operating at Associate or Senior Associate level (around 3-7 years' PQE)Strong experience and technical expertise in commercial property mattersIdeally some exposure to supervising or supporting junior colleaguesOpen to broadening your experience if your current role has been more specialisedEnthusiastic, proactive and commercially mindedWhy Join?This is a firm known for its people first approach, friendly, collaborative and refreshingly down to earth.
