Red Global– Oracle Fusion HCM Lead (Core HR & Absence) - 12 month contract

Location: London

Contract length: 12 months + extension

Work pattern: Remote

Start date: July 15th

Rate: Negotiable

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Lead with a strong background in Core HR and Absence Management to support ongoing configuration, optimisation, and enhancement of our HCM environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Core HR configuration — designing and setting up organisational structures, jobs, grades, and position hierarchies
• Absence Management setup — configuring plans, accruals, eligibility rules, and related processes
• Approvals and workflows — building and maintaining approval rules aligned with business needs
• HCM extensibility — creating and managing DFFs, EFFs, and custom fields
• System optimisation — ensuring configurations are scalable, efficient, and aligned with best practice

Required experience:

• 10+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience
• Strong functional expertise in Core HR and Absence modules
• Ability to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver high‑quality configurations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills
