Our Client, a global alternative investment manager, is looking for a strong deals counsel to join their London based team and cover a broad structured finance brief.

The role would be an excellent move for an ambitious private practice Associate, Senior Associate or Managing Associate looking to go in-house at a leading investment manager.

Requirements:

• Demonstrable track record in a ranked Structured Finance practice
• Minimum xwzovoh 5-7 PQE
• Exposure to insurance capital or insurance-linked structures highly desirable
• In-house experience highly desirable, not mandatory
• Right to work in the UK
