RESTAURANT MANAGER SHANGHAI ME We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to join the team at Shanghai Me in London. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead, motivate, and develop the restaurant team to consistently deliver exceptional service standards
Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service at all times
Maintain a strong presence on the floor, actively engaging with guests and supporting the team throughout service
Ensure all service, presentation, and grooming standards are maintained in line with the Shanghai Me brand
Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing development of team members
Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally, ensuring effective resolution and guest satisfaction
Monitor restaurant presentation, cleanliness, and operational standards to maintain a luxury dining environment
Manage rota planning, staffing levels, and labour costs in line with business targets
Work closely with senior management on operational reporting, team performance, and continuous improvement initiatives
ABOUT YOU Proven experience in a Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role within premium or luxury hospitality environments
Previous experience working within high-end Pan-Asian or Asian-inspired restaurant concepts
Strong operational and organisational skills with a hands-on management style
Passionate about delivering memorable guest experiences and exceptional service
Excellent leadership, communication, and team development abilities
Highly detail-oriented with the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Strong understanding of luxury hospitality standards and guest expectations
