Land Estimator:
Responsible for Land Appraisals
Accurately establish costs, risks, and potential bid parameters to give the Land department every opportunity to secure sites before the bid date.
Undertake infrastructure and 278 works, take-offs, and costings.
Building and maintaining base construction costs
Keeping abreast of emerging regulatory changes and their implications for the business, such as landfill tax and future homes and building regulation changes that could influence our bids.
Working with the planning and technical department to analyse the costing of each site.
Establishing the most cost-effective methods of undertaking the development, including foundation strategy, remediation, and retaining walls.
