Customer Service Administrator

Morgan McKinley is working with a lovely company based on the outskirts of Horsham in the Slinfold, West Sussex area who is looking for an experienced Service Support Administrator to provide excellent customer service, handling client queries, booking engineers, quotations, checking of customer orders, updating the systems etc.

Salary: £30K + annual bonus

Location: Office based - Slinfold. Own transport required due to rural location. Parking available

Hours: 8am-5pm Mon-Fri

Customer Service - Sales Support Administrator duties:

Act as the first point of contact for all incoming customer enquiries
Process customer quotations and sales orders
Scheduling the engineers
Liaise with engineers daily to provide job sheets, site details, instructions, and customer requirements
Work closely with the sales and accounts teams
Maintain strong customer relationships and high levels of serviceSkills and experience:

Proven experience working in a similar Sales Admin support, Service Coordination, or customer sales support role ideally within the manufacturing, construction, or engineering sector
Highly organised and attention to detail
Good IT skills
