Job Overview Senior Fire Engineer role based remotely with site work across the South Coast, supporting residential and commercial projects.

The position focuses on fire strategies, fire risk assessments, and regulatory compliance, including faade remediation and external wall assessments.
Suited to an experienced candidate seeking autonomy within a growing consultancy, managing multiple projects and contributing to technical delivery and client outcomes.
Role & Responsibilities Deliver fire strategies for residential and commercial schemes Undertake fire risk assessments (Type 1-4) Provide input on faade remediation and EWS1 work Liaise with design teams and contractors Prepare technical reports and compliance documentation Manage multiple projects independently Support client meetings and technical discussions Ensure delivery aligns with UK regulations Maintain quality and programme standards Contribute to team and service development Skills & Experience Required Minimum 3 years in fire engineering or surveying Strong knowledge of UK fire safety legislation Experience with fire strategies and FRA reports Ability to manage projects independently Strong communication and organisation skills Experience working with multidisciplinary teams Knowledge of faade systems beneficial Working towards or achieved IFE membership preferred Comfortable in client-facing environments Proactive and adaptable approach Salary & Benefits £55,000
- £75,000 depending on experience.
Remote working with South Coast travel, bonus scheme, and potential car allowance.
Standard holiday and flexible working options available.
