Electrical Maintenance Engineer 📍 Central London 💰 £48,000 – £50,000 Basic Salary + Overtime 🕒 Monday – Friday | 8:00am – 5:00pm 🌴 22 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays The Opportunity We are currently recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join an established on-site engineering team at a prestigious commercial estate in Central London. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-run contract with a strong engineering culture, working alongside a team of 10 engineers and 2 supervisors. The buildings are all located within close proximity, providing variety whilst remaining site-based. Engineers are typically assigned their own building but also have the opportunity to rotate across the wider estate, gaining exposure to a variety of building services systems and plant. Key Responsibilities * Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance * Electrical fault finding and repairs * Maintenance of lighting and power systems * Emergency lighting testing and maintenance * Basic plumbing and fabric maintenance including taps, toilet seats and general building repairs * Plant room inspections and routine checks * Respond to breakdowns and reactive maintenance requests * Complete maintenance reports and job sheets accurately * Liaise with tenants, contractors and site management teams * Ensure all work is completed in accordance with health & safety procedures Requirements * Electrically qualified engineer * Previous experience within commercial building maintenance * Strong fault-finding and problem-solving abilities * Comfortable carrying out basic multi-skilled maintenance tasks * Good communication and customer service skills * Ability to work independently and manage your own building * Professional and proactive approach to maintenance What's on Offer ✅ £48,000 – £50,000 Basic Salary ✅ Overtime Available ✅ Monday to Friday Working Hours ✅ 22 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays ✅ Established Team of 10 Engineers & 2 Supervisors ✅ High-Profile Commercial Estate ✅ Opportunity to Manage Your Own Building ✅ Long-Term Career Development This role would suit an Electrical Maintenance Engineer looking to join a stable and supportive maintenance team within a high-quality commercial environment
