Level 3 Early Years Room Leader (Nursery) EYFS - Nursery · Fulham, Inner London · Full-time (Permanent) Salary £27,000 - £32,000 (dependent on experience & negotiable) Pay structure Weekly PAYE only Start date ASAP & Ongoing Are you an experienced Level 3 Early Years Practitioner ready to step into a Room Leader role, or an existing Room Leader looking for a beautiful new setting in the heart of Fulham? We are working with a lovely, high-quality nursery in Fulham that is warm, welcoming, and extremely well-resourced. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead within a supportive leadership team where children, staff wellbeing, and high-quality early years practice are genuinely valued. This is a Level 3 essential role, with Room Leader responsibility requiring strong EYFS knowledge and confident leadership within the nursery room. About the role As a Room Leader, you will take responsibility for leading a nursery room and supporting a team of Level 3 practitioners to deliver exceptional EYFS practice. You will ensure a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can thrive emotionally, socially, and developmentally. You will plan and deliver high-quality, play-based learning, oversee observations and assessments using Development Matters, and ensure children's learning journeys reflect strong progress across all seven areas of learning. You will also work closely with parents and carers, and support inclusive practice for children with SEND and EAL, working alongside senior leadership where required.
