Senior HR Advisor

Immediate start available for an experienced HR Advisor with a passion for Employee Relations.  Whilst this is a generalist role, around 60-70% of the role is focused on proactive employee relations and case management.  This role is being recruited on a hybrid basis and will work closely with the HR Director and HR team across a key client group.   Key Responsibilities Manage a high-volume Employee Relations caseload, including disciplinary, grievance, capability and conduct matters. Lead complex absence management cases from start to finish  Provide practical, commercially focused HR advice to managers. Support the team on other HR activates as directed HR Project work  If you are a proactive self-starter with a strong track record of managing a high volume ER case load then this is a great opportunity for you.  The role is offered on a hybrid basis, 3 days in the office and 2 from home
