Minor Repair Sales Coordinator
Location: Glasgow - Office-based (5 days per week)
Salary: £26,000 per annum, increasing to £26,500 upon successful completion of probation
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 08:00-16:30 | Friday, 08:00-15:30
About the Opportunity
We are currently recruiting for a Sales Coordinator to join a well-established business within the lift and elevator industry, based in Glasgow.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational and communication skills to play a key role in supporting minor repair sales, preparing accurate quotations and working closely with engineers to ensure customer requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities
Liaising with engineers to obtain accurate technical information and details of parts required for minor repairs.
Sourcing and pricing parts to ensure quotations are accurate and commercially appropriate.
Calculating labour requirements and associated costs for repair works.
Preparing detailed quotations in line with contract terms and conditions.
Reviewing and investigating recommendations made by engineers within their service reports.
Gathering all necessary technical and commercial information to produce accurate and comprehensive quotations.
Working closely with engineers and internal teams to ensure repair recommendations are understood and quoted correctly.
Supporting the minor repair sales process from initial enquiry through to quotation preparation.
Salary & Benefits
Starting salary of £26,000 per annum.
Salary increase to £26,500 upon successful completion of probation.
Bonus structure available, linked to the minor repair sales process and associated responsibilities.
Working Hours & Location
This is a fully office-based position in Glasgow, with attendance required five days per week.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who is organised, detail-oriented and confident communicating with engineers and internal stakeholders.
The successful candidate will have the ability to gather technical information, assess repair requirements, calculate costs and prepare accurate quotations while working within contractual guidelines.
Experience in sales support, quotations, repairs, engineering or the lift and elevator industry would be advantageous.
