Senior Project Manager in Space & Defence Durham or Cambridge | Hybrid options considered SC Clearance eligibility required We’re supporting a leading engineering organisation delivering advanced technology solutions across the space, defence and satellite communications sectors. Due to continued growth, they’re looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex, high-value engineering programmes. This role will suit someone with strong technical project delivery experience in highly regulated environments, ideally within defence, aerospace, RF systems or satellite communications. Key Responsibilities * Lead complex engineering projects through the full lifecycle * Manage delivery against scope, budget, schedule and quality targets * Coordinate cross-functional technical teams and stakeholders * Oversee risk management, reporting and customer engagement * Support bids, proposals and customer-focused delivery activities Experience Required * Proven background delivering complex engineering programmes * Experience within defence, space, aerospace or satcom environments * Strong stakeholder and team leadership skills * Familiarity with RF, communications, radar or related technologies advantageous * Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2 or similar methodologies * Eligible for UK SC Clearance What’s on Offer * Excellent salary and benefits package * Opportunity to work on cutting-edge space & defence programmes * Collaborative, high-performing engineering environment * Career growth within an expanding technology business
