You will help students strengthen number skills, algebra, ratio, problem solving, and exam technique, while reinforcing lesson content and feeding back clearly to teaching staff on progress.   The Candidate: You are clear, organised, and able to explain ideas in a way pupils can actually follow. You want practical secondary school experience, enjoy helping students improve in Maths, and are keen to build the classroom skills needed for a future in teaching.   Requirements Degree – A 2:2 or above in Maths, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Engineering, Economics, or a related subject. Communication – Clear and confident verbal and written communication. Enhanced DBS – Must hold or be willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS certificate. Desire to work in education/with children – Genuine interest in supporting pupil progress and wellbeing.
