Revit Technician / Architectural Technician

Role: Architectural Technician Location: Contract: 6–12-month contract Hybrid We’re looking for a skilled Architectural Technician to join our expanding team in Scotland. You’ll play a key role in delivering high‑quality technical information across residential, commercial, and public‑sector projects. You’ll support projects from planning through to construction, producing accurate technical drawings and coordinating with consultants and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery. Technical drawing production — preparing detailed construction drawings using Revit and AutoCAD. Building warrant submissions — compiling documentation and liaising with local authorities. Specification writing — assisting with NBS specifications and material selection. Consultant collaboration — working closely with engineers, surveyors, and project managers. Degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or a related field ~Strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and NBS Chorus ~ Solid understanding of Scottish Building Regulations and warrant procedures ~ With the subject line – Architectural Technician Application.
