The Opportunity

Were hiring Production Operatives to join our team on a 3-shift rotating pattern. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where attitude matters just as much as experience.

If youre motivated, organised, and ready to make an impact, well give you the training and support to succeed.

Shift pattern:

• Week 1: 2pm 10pm
• Week 2: 6am 2pm
• Week 3: 10pm 6am

What Youll Do

• Operate corrugated cardboard production machinery (including converting, printing, die-cutting and packaging)
• Carry out manual handling tasks
• Complete basic computer work
• Champion Health & Safety and Quality standards
