This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Store Manager, or an ambitious Assistant Store Manager / Deputy Manager / Supervisor who feels ready to take that next step and run their own store.

The Opportunity

As Store Manager, youll have genuine autonomy and ownership of your store, leading from the front and creating a high-performing environment for both your team and customers.

This isnt a role where youll simply be maintaining the status quo. Youll be encouraged to make an impact, drive performance and treat the store as your own.

What Youll Be Doing

• Taking full responsibility for the day-to-day running and performance of the store
• Leading, coaching and motivating your team to deliver excellent results
• Driving sales, profitability and key store KPIs
• Delivering a consistently high standard of customer service
• Recruiting, developing and retaining a strong store team
• Managing stock availability, merchandising and store standards
• Controlling costs, payroll and operational performance
• Ensuring excellent standards of health & safety and compliance
• Identifying opportunities to improve performance and maximise sales
• Creating a positive, energetic and commercially focused store environment

Who Were Looking For

You could already be an experienced Store Manager, or perhaps youre currently working as an Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager or experienced Retail Supervisor and feel ready to take ownership of your first store.

Were particularly interested in people coming from fast-paced, high-volume retail environments, including discount retail, FMCG, convenience, supermarkets, variety retail and other customer-focused retail businesses.
