Underwriting Review Manager

A Global Insurer requires an experienced Underwriting Review Manager to head up their Underwriting Review division.

You will be required to manage and lead the function and activities across all parts of the organisation. Ensuring the underwriting controls are maintained, communicating the results to the Underwriting Committee, Risk Committee and the relevant heads of departments.

As well as utilising your senior stakeholder management skills you will also be responsible for the review team. Monitoring work loads ensuring deadlines are met, coach and mentor the less experienced members of the team and be an active part of the recruitment process for the team. xwzovoh

The successful candidate will have a strong Underwriting Review, Audit or Governance background as well as experience of managing small teams.
