About the Role Coleg Cambria is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable lecturer to deliver both practical and classroom‑based learning within Electronic & Electrical Engineering. You will contribute to the development of course materials, assessments, and innovative teaching approaches that inspire learners and support their progression. Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging and high‑quality teaching across Electronic & Electrical Engineering HE programmes Develop course content, assessments, and learning materials Support learners with a range of needs, demonstrating empathy, patience, and resilience Manage groups effectively and maintain a positive learning environment Contribute to continuous quality improvement within the department Work collaboratively with colleagues across the college Essential Requirements Minimum Level 4 qualification in a relevant Electronic/Electrical Engineering discipline Level 5 teaching qualification (Cert Ed/PGCE) or willingness to work towards one Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work independently, manage workload, and use initiative Understanding of quality standards in teaching and learning Desirable Requirements Welsh language skills are desirable Experience supporting students with SEND Why Work with Coleg Cambria?
