Bee Happy are seeking a sous for our clients stunning hotel in Chichester area. 32k pa for 40 hours per week, overtime available and paid on top. tips 300 per month minimum. no live in available

As a Sous Chef, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Head Chef in the efficient operation of the kitchen. You will be responsible for overseeing food preparation, ensuring quality standards, and managing kitchen staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
Duties
- Assist the Head Chef in menu planning and food preparation
- Supervise kitchen staff in the absence of the Head Chef
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- Manage inventory and control food wastage
- Support team members in their culinary tasks
- Contribute to creating a positive work environment
Skills
- Strong background in hospitality and culinary arts
- xwzovoh Proficient in supervising kitchen operations
- Excellent cooking skills and knowledge of various cuisines
- Understanding of food safety practices and regulations
- Experience in food production and kitchen management
- Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
