The Role As a Year 3 Teacher, you will: Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress. Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all learners. Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and support staff. Promote high standards of behaviour and achievement. The Ideal Candidate Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Has experience teaching within Primary Education. Demonstrates excellent classroom management skills. Is passionate about inspiring and motivating children. Has strong communication and organisational skills. Can work effectively as part of a team.
