Operations Executive (Medical Communications)

I'm recruiting for an Operations Executive to join one of my favourite independent MedComms agencies.

This could be a brilliant move if you've worked in a medical communications agency within client services, project management, operations or medical writing and are looking for something a little different.

✨ £28,000-£33,000 + annual bonus + excellent benefits

📍 Hybrid, London (around 2 days per week)

You'll be at the heart of the agency, supporting everything from team coordination, events and resource management to finance support, onboarding and improving internal processes. It's a varied role with genuine opportunities to learn, develop and progress as the business continues to grow.

To be considered, you'll need experience working within a Medical Communications agency.
