Customer Support Lead (Belfast)
About the role
Honeycomb is delighted to be working with our client, a leading hospitality and lifestyle business, to recruit for a permanent Customer Support Lead/Front of House for their stunning Belfast operation.
This role is ideal for you if you are looking to build on your existing customer service, marketing, and administration experience. You will ensure the smooth running of operations day-to-day, resolve customer and client queries as applicable, promote internal events and create a positive welcoming atmosphere. This role will require someone who is technically competent with CRM/CMS and email marketing systems, who enjoys fostering relationships and bringing a can do attitude to any situation.
To succeed in this role, you should be an effective communicator in any exchange, have a keen eye for detail, manage your workload efficiently and always bring a positive outlook. Working collaboratively is key, if you're a team player who also enjoys some independence then this is the opportunity for you.
The salary for this role is £27,000 with standard Monday-Friday working hours.
