The Role

As a Support Mentor, you will work closely with students both in and out of the classroom, helping them overcome barriers to learning and achieve their personal and academic goals.

Responsibilities include:

• Building positive and trusting relationships with pupils.
• Supporting students with their social, emotional, and behavioural development.
• Assisting learners to engage positively with education.
• Promoting confidence, resilience, and independence.
• Working collaboratively with teachers, pastoral staff, and therapeutic professionals.
• Supporting positive behaviour and emotional regulation strategies.
