Senior Manufacturing Leader, Opto-Chem Sensors

Mode Labs Ltd is building an autonomous opto-chemical sensing platform for environmental monitoring in Oxford. We seek a senior hardware and manufacturing leader to ship a first commercial sensor platform, turning MVP into a robust, compliant product with scalable production.

You will own industrialisation, drive DFM, QA, supplier transfer and conformity to UKCA/CE. This hands-on role begins as technical lead and grows to lead a manufacturing team, balancing performance, reliability and cost.
