- £50,000 Leicestershire Alecto Recruitment is partnering with a leading company in the power generation sector, specialising in Waste-to-Energy facilities worldwide.
Our client is seeking a Workforce Management Specialist to support manpower coordination and operational logistics across their field projects.
This role is key to ensuring effective deployment of site personnel, smooth delivery of tools and equipment, and full compliance with QHSE standards.

Key Responsibilities Allocate and mobilise field personnel according to project requirements.
Maintain accurate workforce data in planning systems (e.g., WSP).
Monitor attendance, shifts, working hours, and standby coverage.
Arrange travel, accommodation, transport, tools, and equipment for site staff.
Manage workwear and PPE inventory and replacements.
Ensure compliance with QHSE policies and internal procedures.
Record and track incidents, deviations, and improvement actions.
Qualifications & Experience Associate degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
Experience in heavy industry or service environments, including supervision of technicians/operatives.
Background in manpower planning or workforce coordination in industrial, construction, or manufacturing settings.
Proficient with workforce planning tools (e.g., WSP), Microsoft Office; ERP experience (IFS advantageous).
Strong understanding of QHSE requirements and on-site industrial environments.
Personal Attributes Strong QHSE awareness and commitment to safe practices.
Highly organised, reliable, and proactive.
Effective communicator with a service-focused mindset.
Able to work under pressure and adapt to changing needs.
Detail-oriented and capable of working independently or in a team.
