Flexible Mixologists

We are currently recruiting experienced Temporary Mixologists to work across Central London in some of the citys top bars, clubs, hotels, and corporate venues . Must be able to work evenings from 4/5pm during the week and weekends.

About the Role: You will be representing high-end venues, often working independently or as part of a small team. This role requires confidence, speed, and strong cocktail knowledge, with the ability to step into fast-paced environments and deliver exceptional service.
Key Requirements:
Must have 2 years experience in the UK as a mixologist

Excellent knowledge of classic cocktails (must know recipes off the top of your head)

Confident shaking, building, and serving cocktails to a high standard

Comfortable working independently when required

Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Happy to assist with stock takes and bar set-ups when needed

Professional, reliable, and well-presented

Friendly, positive personality with great customer interaction skills
