Class 1/7.5t Driver

Class 1 Driver / 7.5T Driver Location: Swansea Shifts: 07:00 to 17:00 with overtime expected Pay Rate: £15.45 - £17.46 We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced driver holding a valid Class 1 licence to join our team in Swansea. The role will predominantly involve driving a 7.5t vehicle delivering across West Wales, with occasional Class 1 driving duties when required. Key Responsibilities: Carry out daily deliveries across upper West Wales, including areas such as Cardigan and Lampeter Complete between 6-9 delivery stops per day using a 7.5t vehicle Occasionally cover local Class 1 driving work Complete local collection routes and deliveries efficiently and safely Conduct vehicle checks and ensures all transport documentation is completed accurately Deliver excellent customer service at delivery and collection points From time to time, the role will also involve supporting local Class 1 operations around Swansea. This usually consists of completing approximately 4 delivery stops in a 7.5t vehicle during the morning, followed by 3-5 collection runs using a Class 1 vehicle.Requirements: Valid Class 1 (Category C+E) driving licence Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card Previous multi-drop delivery experience preferred Good knowledge of driver hours and road safety regulations Reliable, punctual, and flexible with overtimeWhat We Offer: Competitive pay Overtime opportunities Immediate start availableIf you are interested, please apply and someone in our team will give you a call!
