The team is run by an impressive CFO. Job DescriptionManage all aspects of financial reporting and ensure compliance with relevant regulations, with a particular focus on Revenue Recognition.Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure financial stability.Lead and develop the accounting and finance team.Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports.Provide strategic financial insights to support business decision-making.Be a strong communicator and right-hand person to the CFOEnsure strong internal controls and risk management practices are in place.Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies as required.The Successful Applicant A successful Group Financial Controller should have:A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).Strong technical accounting and financial reporting knowledge.Excellent leadership and team management skills.Confidence in providing financial insights to senior stakeholders.A proactive approach to improving processes and ensuring compliance.What's on OfferSalary ranging from 90,000 to 110,000, dependent on the level of experience.Hybrid working arrangement.Performance-based bonus.Private Medical Cover
