Warehouse Assistant

Our client is a distinguished, award-winning organisation with a rich heritage within the retail industry. They are currently looking for reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to join their friendly and busy team. This is a fast-paced role within a busy warehouse environment and a fantastic opportunity for someone who is ready to join a hardworking team and take on a varied role. Pay: £12.71 per hour Location: Waterbeach Hours: Monday to Thursday – 7:00am to 4:00pm Friday – 7:00am to 1:00pm Key Responsibilities: • Picking and packing customer orders efficiently and accurately • Folding garments to a high standard • Using a steamer to refresh stock • Loading and handling stock • Quality checking returned items • Returning garments to the correct storage areas • Moving, wheeling and manually lifting hampers and trays • Assisting with dispatch • Updating the system where required • Taking responsibility for the quality, efficiency and pace of your own work • Keeping the warehouse clean, organised and safe What We’re Looking For: • Good level of written and spoken English • Excellent attention to detail • Ability to produce high-quality work within expected timescales • A strong and consistent work ethic • Reliable, punctual and hardworking • Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment • A positive attitude and willingness to support colleagues • Focused and committed to completing duties to a high standard • Flexibility with working hours, as weekend work may be required during busy periods Crem Recruitment are acting as a recruitment agency in relation to this vacancy
