HR Coordinator

We are recruiting for an experienced HR Administrator to join a busy HR team within a well established large manufacturing business in Chelmsford. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident candidate to step in and add immediate value to the team.
Working as part of an established HR team, you will play a key role in supporting the daily HR operations and ensuring employee records, systems and processes are maintained efficiently.
Key Details:

Circa £35,000 FTE
FTC - 12 months
Monday to Friday 08:30-17:00 on site
Start date ASAP
25 days holiday + BH per annumKey Responsibilities:
Managing HR queries via the HR inbox, helpdesk and telephone
Supporting the onboarding and induction of new employees
Coordinating employee leaver processes and maintaining accurate records
Updating and managing employee information within Workday
Producing HR reports and supporting data analysis requirements
Supporting with wider HR activity such as documentation for ER meetings
Assisting with the review and maintenance of HR policies and proceduresExperience Needed:
Previous experience in an HR Administration/Coordinator role
Strong working knowledge of Workday or similar platform
Experience maintaining HR systems and employee data
Familiar with full employee lifecycle
CIPD qualification ideal
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Able to prioritise workloads and work independently when required
