Salary: Up to £45,000

Key Responsibilities:
Provide 3rd Line Technical Support, act as an escalation point for 1st and 2nd Line Teams
Assist with the implementation and maintenance of IT systems.
Liaise with 1st line and 2nd Line support and other team members to ensure timely resolution of issues.
Act as a key member of the team in planning, delivering and leading on IT Projects.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in a 2nd/3rd line support role
Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
Experience with networking technologies (LAN, WAN, VPN, firewalls).
Cyber Essentials Plus exposure
Proficiency in Active Directory, Office 365, and Exchange.
Experience in supporting 1st and 2nd Line teams / acting as an escalation point
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator) are a plus.
