Level 3 Nursery Nurse 📍 Location: Banstead, Norbury, Epson, Raynes Park, Wimbledon & Surrounding Areas 💰 Salary: £13.00 - £15.00 per hour (depending on experience) 🕒 Full-Time, Part-Time & Flexible Opportunities Available Link Education Ltd is currently recruiting Level 3 Nursery Nurses to work with a range of welcoming and well-established nurseries across SW and SM and surrounding areas. Whether you're looking for day-to-day flexibility, long-term assignments or a permanent role, we'd love to hear from passionate Early Years professionals who are committed to making a positive difference in children's lives. 🌱 About the Role As a Nursery Nurse, you will play a key role in supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing while working as part of friendly and supportive nursery teams. Your responsibilities will include: * Providing high-quality care and learning experiences for children. * Supporting children's development through engaging play-based activities. * Creating a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment. * Building positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues. * Observing and recording children's progress in line with the EYFS. * Following safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies at all times. 👶 What We're Looking For To be successful in this role, you will have: * A Level 3 (or above) qualification in Childcare or Early Years. * At least 6 months' experience working within a nursery or Early Years setting. * A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development. * Excellent communication and teamwork skills. * A caring, enthusiastic and reliable approach. * A good understanding of safeguarding and child protection. ✅ Essential Requirements * Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent). * Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one. * Right to work in the UK. ⭐ Desirable * Paediatric First Aid qualification. * Knowledge of the EYFS Framework. 🎁 What We Offer * Competitive hourly pay. * Weekly pay. * Flexible work to suit your availability. * Opportunities for day-to-day, long-term and permanent positions. * A dedicated Link Education consultant to support you throughout your assignments. * The opportunity to work in a variety of excellent nurseries across London and the South East.
