167Solutions seeking a Lead Forward Deployment Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-scale AI solutions. This role combines deep technical expertise with customer engagement, solution architecture, and engineering leadership to deliver innovative AI applications that solve complex business challenges.

As a technical leader, you'll work closely with executive stakeholders, engineering teams, and customers to define AI strategies, rapidly prototype solutions, and guide deployments from concept through production. You'll also mentor engineers, establish engineering best practices, and help shape the future direction of our AI platform.
