Business Analyst | Newcastle - 3 Days Onsite | £45,000 - £56,000 | 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract Overview We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a government client. This is a 12-month FTC based in Newcastle. Candidates must either be based locally or willing to relocate/travel to Newcastle. There will be requirements to attend offices, quarterly in-person meetings, and additional ad hoc workshops. Logistics Contract: 12 Months FTC Location: 3 days onsite - Newcastle  Eligibility: UK Security Clearance Responsibilities Translate user research and user needs into clear, actionable requirements. Work effectively with technical teams to produce build-ready requirements. Engage and collaborate with stakeholders across the programme. Facilitate workshops and requirements gathering sessions. Produce structured analysis artefacts and documentation. Ensure requirements are linked to user needs and business value. Support delivery within digital product environments. Adapt to complex and changing environments.Essential Experience Minimum 6 years' experience as a Business Analyst. Eligible for UK Security Clearance. Experience working in digital product environments. Experience working within Agile delivery environments. Understanding of data, analytics and digital delivery environments. Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills. Ability to work effectively with technical teams. Experience producing structured analysis artefacts and documentation.
