Sports Programme Manager – Join the Foxes Club Team! Foxes Club is growing and we are looking for an exceptional Sports Programme Manager to step into a pivotal role at the heart of London youth sport. We are one of London's leading children's sports organisations, delivering high-quality sessions across more than 30 venues and coaching thousands of children every week. Our programmes include term-time classes, school partnerships, holiday camps, events and birthday parties across multiple sports. Our Football Academy holds 3 Star FA Accreditation, the highest recognition awarded to grassroots clubs, and as a Nike Partner Club we compete against elite clubs including Arsenal and Chelsea. Foxes Club is not a corporate machine. 30,000 to £34,000 per annum (dependent on experience), plus performance-based bonus linked to retention, capacity utilisation, coach stability and programme growth. Maintain a strong on-field presence, ensuring quality and standards never drop Ensure all coaches within your remit remain compliant with safeguarding and DBS requirements This is a hands-on role requiring regular weekend presence. You will divide your time between our Park Royal office and programme venues. Exceptional organisation and time management with sharp attention to detail Experience in sports management, coaching or business development A full UK driving licence is preferred We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
