About the role

We're looking for an Electrical Project Engineer to join our Thames Water team based from Mogden, Twickenham but covering local projects as and when required. We are seeking an Electrical Project Engineer to support the delivery of major water and wastewater infrastructure projects across the Thames Water region. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you'll contribute to the design, installation, testing and commissioning of electrical systems from concept through to handover. As an Electrical Project Engineer, you'll be working within the multidisciplinary team, supporting them in delivering major water and wastewater infrastructure projects. Supporting delivery of electrical engineering activities throughout the project lifecycle and reviewing technical documentation Coordinating electrical installations with site teams, suppliers and subcontractors Attending Factory Acceptance Tests, Site Acceptance Tests and commissioning activities Supporting installation and commissioning activities associated with LV and HV systems under the guidance of senior engineers Liaising with Thames Water representatives, suppliers and multidisciplinary project teams This role of Electrical Project Engineer is great for you if: You hold an HNC/HND in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering or related discipline, or have equivalent practical experience You have experience within utilities, infrastructure, manufacturing, water, power generation or industrial environments You have knowledge of industrial electrical installations, MCCs and power distribution systems You understand health, safety and quality requirements on construction projects You hold a Full driving licence and have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills So, even if you don't tick every box, please apply and we can have a chat.
