Beechgrove Care Home Home is tucked away within the picturesque Lanark countryside, offering specialist care for 70-residents.

We are looking for Care Assistants of all levels, including those ready to progress into Senior and Team Leader roles. Contract Details
/n
/n
- Competitive hourly rate: £13.60 – £15.00 per hour (depending on experience)
/n
- Contracted to full time & part time hours per week - dayshift or nightshift
/n
- Paid PVG, pension, uniform provided
/n
- 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract
/n
- Full training and ongoing development opportunities
/n
- Clear career progression routes into Senior Care Assistant and Team Leader roles
/n

What You Will Do
/n
You will deliver high quality, person centred care that supports residents with daily living, personal care, mobility, mealtimes and meaningful engagement. Your role will help create a safe, comfortable and positive environment where residents feel respected, valued and supported.
/n
Senior Care Assistants and Team Leaders will also take responsibility for supporting and guiding colleagues, overseeing shifts, administering medication (where trained), maintaining accurate records, and ensuring effective communication with families, healthcare professionals and management teams.

About You

Care Assistants:
/n
/n
- Caring, compassionate and reliable
/n
- Willing to learn with full training provided
/n
- Level 2 Health and Social Care qualification desirable but not essential
/n
/n
Senior Care Assistants / Team Leaders:
/n
/n
- Experience in a care setting essential
/n
- SVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent), working towards or holding SVQ Level 3
/n
- Confident in medication administration (or willing to train)
/n
- Supportive leadership skills with a positive attitude
/n
- Committed to delivering outstanding, person centred care
/n
