Senior Bookkeeper

Role: Senior Bookkeeper
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000
Location: Leeds
Work Pattern: Monday to Friday. (Apply online only), office based

Our client is seeking to appoint an experienced bookkeeper to its existing team

Duties for the Senior Bookkeeper:

• process transactions
• prepare, check and submit VAT returns
• reconcile bank accounts
• assist with accounts preparation
• assist with client bookkeeping queries

Experience for the Senior Bookkeeper:

• previous UK based Accountancy Firm experience
• strong bookkeeping experience
• strong working knowledge of current bookkeeping software packages
• excellent communication skills
• AAT qualified/ part qualified
• knowledge of VAT schemes
