I'm looking for a passionate Bar Manager to join a business that celebrates great people, fresh local produce, and genuine hospitality.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves everything about the bar world - creating standout cocktails using fresh, seasonal ingredients , working closely with chefs, and delivering warm, memorable guest experiences.
You'll be confident in a busy, high-volume environment , while leading, inspiring, and developing a team of up to 10 people .

What we're looking for:

Passion for bars, cocktails, and hospitality
Experience creating fresh, seasonal cocktail menus
Strong teamwork with kitchen teams and suppliers
Proven background in fast-paced, quality-led venues
Experience managing teams of up to 10
A hands-on leader who develops people
