Quality Manager 💰 Up to £60,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits 📍 Worcester this is a site based role Monday -Friday Ready to take full ownership of quality in a fast-growing, international manufacturing business ? This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll shape quality strategy, drive improvements, and have real influence across operations, supply chain, and senior leadership. What You’ll Be Doing * Owning and driving the quality strategy * Leading audits, ISO compliance & quality systems * Improving supplier performance & product quality * Solving problems using 8D, FMEA, root cause analysis * Reducing non-conformance & driving continuous improvement What We Need * Proven Quality Manager experience in manufacturing (automotive/aerospace/building materials would be ideal) * Strong ISO / audit / compliance knowledge * Experience with supplier quality management * Hands-on, driven, “get it done” mindset * Strong leadership and communication skills Why Join? * 💰 Up to £60,000 DOE + bonus * 📈 Clear progression to Head of Quality / Director * 🏥 Private medical + strong benefits package * 🎂 Birthday off + 23 days holiday + bank holidays * ⚡ Growing international business – real impact, real opportunity
