Warehouse Operative Wellingborough Area Shift Times: Between 07:30-17:00 The Role We are looking for a proactive and reliable Warehouse Operative to support a Warehouse team. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, where safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement are key. You will support all areas of the warehouse process, including: Loading and unloading materials Machine operation, supporting technicians and using computer systems. Quality sampling and stock control General housekeeping duties with heavy lifting involved Assisting the Production Team Leader with operational updates and process improvementsFLT / Forklift Counterbalance would be advantageous.
