SEMH Art Teacher

Tradewind Recruitment is looking for a dedicated Art Teacher who'd be interested in working an SEMH school in Willenhall. About the Role As an SEMH Art Teacher, you will: Support students with SEMH, both in and out of the classroom Implement behaviour management strategies and de-escalation techniques Work 1:1 or with small groups to help pupils re-engage with learning Build trusting, professional relationships that promote positive behaviour Create a safe, structured and inclusive learning environment Contribute to behaviour plans and pastoral support programmes Access to a Vehicle. Be able to deliver English to functional skills level 1/2 and to GCSE. This role will run until the end of the term, with the opportunity to be extended.
