Senior Human Resources Manager

We’re looking for an experienced, commercially minded and people-focused Senior HR Manager to join this growing premium fashion brand and lead their UK HR agenda on a 3 month fixed term contract to start ASAP.

Based in the London Head Office, with 3 days per week in the office , you’ll partner closely with senior leaders and support the Retail and Head Office teams across the full employee lifecycle.

This is a broad and influential role where you’ll have the opportunity to:

• Shape and deliver HR strategy in a growing fashion brand

• Partner with leaders on people, performance and organisational development

• Lead complex employee relations and provide expert UK employment law guidance

• Drive talent, succession, engagement and leadership development

• Champion an exceptional employee experience and inclusive culture

• Lead and develop the HR Manager and HR Coordinator

• Help build a high-performing, commercially focused HR function

We’re looking for someone with 10+ years’ generalist HR experience, strong employee relations and employment law expertise, and experience supporting both Retail and Head Office populations. xwzovoh Fashion, retail, lifestyle or consumer brand experience is essential.
