About the Opportunity
We are partnering with an expanding consumer services business to recruit a People Partner supporting its Corporate Functions teams. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside senior leaders and play a key role in delivering people strategies that drive organisational success, employee development, and business growth.
Acting as a strategic advisor, you will provide practical and commercially focused HR support, helping leaders address complex people challenges, strengthen team performance, and create an engaging and positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop effective partnerships with senior stakeholders across Corporate Functions, providing expert guidance on a broad range of people matters.
- Advise managers and leaders on employee relations, performance, capability, talent development, and workforce planning.
- Support and coach leadership teams to enhance management capability and foster high-performing teams.
- Use people metrics and workforce insights to identify trends, inform decision-making, and support business objectives.
- Drive initiatives that improve employee engagement, inclusion, and overall workplace experience.
- Partner with leaders through business change activities, including restructures, organisational design, and transformation programmes.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are applied consistently and remain compliant with employment legislation and best practice.
- Play an active role in succession planning and talent review processes to support future business needs.
- Lead and contribute to programmes focused on learning, development, performance, and career progression.
- Provide balanced and commercially sound advice on complex people issues, supporting effective business decision-making.
More About You
- Previous experience working as a Senior HR Business Partner or People Partner within a professional services or corporate environment.
- Demonstrated experience supporting functions such as Finance, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Operations, Marketing, or Technology.
- Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
- Strong track record of partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing business outcomes.
- Experience managing complex employee relations cases and supporting organisational change initiatives.
- Comfortable using people data and analytics to identify opportunities and inform solutions.
- Commercially minded with a pragmatic approach to balancing business priorities and employee needs. xwzovoh
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills, with the credibility to build trusted relationships and partner effectively with senior leaders.
