About the role

The Isle of Man Ambulance Service, part of the Isle of Man Public Service, is seeking a Clinical Education Lead to drive high‑quality clinical and non‑clinical education across the service. You will mentor staff, lead clinical education, and help shape education programmes and continuing professional development.

You will train in classroom and operational settings, contribute to education resources, and support service improvement, research and innovation while guiding colleagues at all levels.
